Air Compressor Systems

We’ve expanded our design and installation know-how into installation of compressor systems and air piping. Each installation of these systems are unique to every customer job we have. Most of our installation are for large commercial or industrial use. Furthermore, our customers request a complete package that consists of installing all infrastructure for these units such as custom air piping, ventilation ducts, and fabricating a steel building.

Custom frame fabricated specifically for a mobile Kaeser® compressor unit. We installed and configured this particular Kaeser® compressor setup along with all the necessary air piping.
Multi-unit Kaeser® compressor installed and setup of custom air piping and heat ducts within an enclosed building.
Multi-unit compressors installed on a custom platform frame under overhang enclosure.

Finished semi-enclosed custom structure housing air compressor units installed with proper heat ventilation ducts.

Exhaust ducts, three way design, fabricated and installed for a multi-unit compressor ventilation along with all air piping installed.

Supply tank installed with custom designed and fabricated piping alongside Kaeser® compressor units.

New multi-unit Kaeser® compressor install and permanently welded steel (white) air piping add-on to existing configuration.

We have our own crew of experienced fabricators and welders. We work on a variety of different projects for various industries. For many years, we’ve been the trusted partner for metal fabrication for local businesses both large and small. We do custom metal work and our customers expect nothing less than quality work and timely job completion. Our staff of fabricators and welders take pride in their work and quality assurance is maintained through every step in the fabrication process.

We fabricate custom equipment in our shop, such as this lumber cart, welded and painted along with casters.

We have many years of experience in structural steel fabrication and design. Additionally, we have our own shop for mostly any fabrication project that you need. Over the years, we have work with a variety of different industries and have gained much insight into what our clients are looking for in terms of service and quality.

New equipment room steel structure custom designed and fabricated and ready for sheet metal siding.

Equipment room designed and built to house various tanks and compressor units. Compressor units were also installed with all the necessary air piping.

Equipment Installation

We install and remove industrial equipment for a wide variety of industries. Our services include removal of old equipment, installation of new equipment, reconfiguration of existing manufacturing equipment. We also install existing equipment for newly fabricated frames and platforms that we fabricate at our shop.

Repair

Our experienced management team and our crew of fabricators are able to perform large and small repairs on a wide array of projects. We’ll ensure that your repair needs are meet or exceed your expectations of quality and timely service. Some of our major repairs range from grain elevators to small equipment repairs. We have faced seemingly impossible repairs and deadlines, but have always completed them on time.

We work with a wide variety of industries for fabrication installation as well as repair. This was a repair done on site on a grain elevator requiring a boom.

An aggregate bunker rebuild and repair of cone needed for critical production.
